Mine is an X20-1703-6, also with TS. No date information, though.

The Original Bell and Newell gives a reference to a 1964 paper (Falkoff,
Iverson, and Sussenguth, A Formal Description of System/360 , IBM System
Journal Vol 3 No 3 pp198-261), so it seems TS dates from the beginning
of the 360, if not before. Perhaps that paper cites an earlier use.
