Few of the machines we've sold are in 24hour use ,most of out customers are home users ,they don't need military spec. The way things are going drives more than 2 years old will be small to be of much use anyway (think about it). Being a tech ,I have a rather large dead HD collection ,not meny Quantams or Seagates ,but I've got heaps of dead Maxtors ,too meny dead Weastern Digitals(I love the little ping they make when there dead :) ) ,100% of the Die Young's we sold(apptly named) ,and quite a few dead Fujitsu's , What brand would you recomend? Alecto.
