Hi, I need a program that will do the following:

1. Let user enter 7 fields of information in a record.
2. Let user add, delete or change records
3. Save the information in an output file that looks like this:
"field 1"  "field 2" ... "field 7"
"field 1"  "field 2" ... "field 7"

As you can see, each record goes on its own line.
The output file should be called merchant.dat

This is for entering credit card information to be submitted to me via
email, where I process the transactions. the fields are:
1: Type of transaction. A number from 1 to 5
2: Credit card number. 1 digits
3: Expiration Date. 4 digits
4: Amount of sale. 4 digits before the decimal point. 2 after
5: Order Code. A 4 digit number (character field)
6: Zip code. 5 digits
7: Street Address. About 30 characters

I will pay the person who writes this so it can be run under windows
