Take a closer look at how females operate in the work place, particularly at business meetings, and you will observe personas and modus operandi more closely associated with Lucille Ball than with Grace Hopper. Before we proceed, I ask you to recollect the "I Love Lucy" episode in which Ricky, Fred, Ethel, and the ditzy redhead were taking a cross country railroad trip. The ditzy redhead was constantly pulling the emergency cord of the train and making it come to a short stop for no valid reasons. After each time the train stopped short, Fred and Ethel returned from the dining car with their meals all over their chests. Now observe what happens at business meetings. Female parti- cipants are constantly "pulling the emergency cord" and raising the red flag bringing things to an abrupt halt with all the crapola on the table flying into everyone's face. If the smallest detail is missing, females will not work around the omission. Progress will halt. If the female is not placated by being granted whatever aids and "productivity tools" (crutches) that she demands, progress will halt. If anyone dares to suggest anything that runs counter to what the female wants or has previously suggested, progress will halt. If someone dares to express the smallest disapproval or unwillingness to do things the way the females want them, THERE WILL BE HELL TO PAY. Notwithstanding the above, when the females project "pleasantness," pay close attention and observe: the females' prissy girl mentality is such that everything is an effin' tea party to them, but all that they accomplish are mud pies, and very few of these at that! Now getting back to the "productivity tools" (crutches) that the female and her merry band of cronies always so desperately exploit as a stalling tactic: these crutches are not productivity tools at all, but counter-productivity tools! These alleged crutches do nothing but bring the productivity, the vitality, the vim, the vigor, and the general morale of projects to their knees (just like a train being brought to a screeching halt!). Is it any wonder that the realms of female managers are never, never considered to be prestigious, and first-rate males never vie to get into females' realms but they will scramble, scratch, and claw to get out? No, no, no, females are not like Grace Hopper, the exceptional case; they are much more like Lucille Ball! (Another good example is Rosie O'Donnell. See is one goofy, ultra-juvenile character, and I have witnessed too many Rosie knockoffs in the work place, especially when it comes to grossness, sexual or otherwise.) The Treatise on the Downward Wage Equalizing Effects of Equal Employment Opportunity is available at: http://www.geocities.com/CapitolHill/3982/ "Government enforced wage equalization will work only in the downward direction" - despite any initial appearance to the contrary! And the most shocking thing of all is that the least preferred worker does not even have to be awarded a job for many phenomena to occur.
