Anonymous responds: It does not matter how capable or talented females are as workers. The big problem is with females as managers. They will not tolerate capable male subordinates for very long. Oh yes, they will utilize top male talent when they are desperate for help, but as soon as the desperation passes, out goes the top-notch male. This is why females are IN THE BIGGER PICTURE destroying American competitiveness. For further evidence, pay attention to females. They are big on "cooperation," and they denigrate "competitiveness." Yet, in reality, females are savagely competitive with males, but not in a constructive way. They are competitive in a destructive way. Platypus, you seem to be living proof that females prefer inferior subordinates!
