Are you sure about this? I tried, and didn't have any success.
Session transcript follows:
% ftp
ftp> open f.ms.uky.edu
Connected to f.ms.uky.edu.
221 This machine is not set up for remote ftp
Name (f.ms.uky.edu:woodsb): anonymous
421 Service not available, remote server has closed connection
Login failed.
ftp> bye
% exit
script done on Mon Sep 3 02:05:33 1990
As you can see, I didn't get anywhere, and they time I tried was
well outside their hours (even allowing for difference in time zone).
Is there some problem there?
I also tried ai.mit.edu (as mentioned in a previous posting) and,
while I was able to log in via anonymous FTP, could not find the jargon
file. Is it hidden in some non-obvious place, or is it no longer there?
