Its a way to check how stupid your prospective employee is. Yes, you are entitle to have a drink after work, but you have to be stupid to post on Facebook with several empty glasses in front of you.. Then there was the couple that were in a horrifying car crash, and claimed, until the insurance company checked the Facebook pages of all concerned.
