One lived in a hostel, so feasible. I expect that they found a vial with
white powder in, figured it was coke and had a few lines. Obviously, that
thesis depends on the Skripal would-be assassins (Russian or otherwise) to
be so sloppy as to not properly destroy all evidence (and to be so
unimaginably sloppy as to simply sling it in a bush!), which may or may not
be credible, YMMV.
