Of course -- unless you define "saw until you're through" as one operation. With a lot of software this isn't nearly so obvious. Of course, there _is_ usually a deterministic reason behind it, but it can require digging pretty deep, and/or deep architectural knowledge. Or the same action simply starts working because the network load went down, reducing latency or packet loss. Such things can be utterly opaque and mystifying to the end-user.
