I found a possible lead, which I was wondering if anyone could comment on. According to the WP article on a company name Kofax, Inc. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kofax), one of the firm's founders was named David Silver; this was in 1985, which might be in line with the career of the person I'm trying to find out about. Does anyone know if they are the same person?
