you can even see a painting of the old Marine Welcome Center in there.  We used
to walk down there every visit and get the free orange juice and walk around
the upstairs catwalk before they closed it.

Waas is gone (along with their annual animated Santa).  The building is
owned by the Presbyterian church now.
