The BBC produces some of the best programs for TV anywhere, however
they have a UK bias, and need to be watched with that in mind.
Instead of commeccials, they have announcements about forcoming
programs. The Indepent TV channels, the commercials, are inundated by
ads for weekend lenders. Both are polluted by dumb quizzes  and
cookery programs, anything to fill in time.
