That's in the US. Relatively few of us have ever spent 3 months in the UK (or, indeed, outside our own borders). And 2018-1996=20, so that's only "very young" to us old farts. Also prohibited are those who: -Spent 6 months or more associated with a military base in Belgium, the Netherlands, or Germany from 1980-1990 -Spent 6 months or more associated with a military base in Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Italy, or Greece from 1980-1996 -Spent five years or more in Europe from 1980 to the present I dunno why military bases are so prominent, maybe the US military got the best buys on beef from UK farmers who had a sudden desire to slaughter their herds? Or, for that matter, what we've got against present-day Europe.
