An HR department in Brazil invented a language called Batman. An HR department in Brazil published an job advertisement that require experience in programming Batman in language Brazilian Portuguese, not in English.

Is it not very strange an HR department to require knowledge of technology that does not exist?

Why no matter the place in the world, always will exist an HR department to invent new things?

I posted this topic because I need to be well informed about the internationals opportunities of IT job to not deliver my CV to the HR departments that require knowledge of technology that does not exist.
