Third hand story I heard today. Back in the early days of computing they built one of the first water cooled computers up in Chicago. For some reason they pumped water strait from Lake Michigan. Things would work fine accept that small fish would occasionally get sucked into the coooling system. So they added a filter to the intake pipe. Well now the filter would clog. So the solution to this was to add a grinder to the front of the filter. Once a day the operator would crank the handle on the grinder to grind up the fish and unclog the filter. Believe it, or not! I really can't believe how well this group is going. I only created it on a whim. Keep all the great stories coming!
