1980? 1980!! So now we're convincing ourselves that 1980 means
anything historical, are we. Everyone alive and breathing and remotely
disposed towards micro hacking already had a 6502 or 8080 or 6809 based
personal computer by then. Pong had come and gone as the cool
phenomenon by then; Breakout was old news, and Galaxian was being
written. Apple was readying the cumbersome /// for its ill fated
release. IBM was reading the 8088 based PC-1. We're talking about only
yesterday!

Real programmers hung it up in the Ford Administration.
