The code in question is Randy Hyde's commented source code (DOS SOURCE) to DOS 3.3. Hyde took a disassembly of the RWTS (read-write track-sector) routines for DOS 3.3 and commented them up and generally made them usable to assembly programmers who wanted to modify DOS (be it for personal masochim or to copy protect products.) DOS SOURCE was reportedly forced off the market by Apple Computer (it did disappear very fast.) Anyway, the text scrolling off the screen in the Terminator is the IOB (I/O Byte) declaration section. The comment format is instantly recognizable to anyone who has pored over the listings. Jonathan A. Chandross Internet: j...@paul.rutgers.edu UUCP: rutgers!paul.rutgers.edu!jac
