It was still in VAX BASIC until fairly recently.  These days, the error
message appears as:

  %BAS-F-PROLOSSOR, Internal error in VAX BASIC Run-Time Library.  Please
  submit an SPR

but I have definitely seen:

  %BAS-F-PROLOSSOR, Program lost-sorry

after something I was working on went *very* awry in VAX BASIC
V2.something (current version is V3.3).  Of course I saw it quite a lot
in my RSTS days....
