Ten years ago, when I started working for Data General, we had a
problem with the CDC 190 Meg removable disk drives cover flying up
while the disk was still spinning.  Needless to say this did nothing
good for the disk.  So some of the lab people put concrete blocks on
top of the lid to keep it in place.  Some enterprising sole got some
of the 'Eclipse' blue paint, and painted the block blue, and then put
a bogus DG part number on it.  Ah, the good old days.
