I think college grades should reflect not only personaly ability, but the
ability to work in a group.  To do this, a student must have *some* group
projects.  Otherwise, he may get a perfect 4.0, get hired by a wonderful
company with a nice starting salary, and piss everybody off and get fired
in 3 months.

*Individual* grades, yes, but in technical fields, people almost always
work in a group, and it would be in the employer's interest to look into
an applicant's social abilities as well.
