Ok, Ok... Please don't jump on me or yell at me for this... I am really
sorry for having not been around for a while to catch this thread but this
is REALLY IMPORTANT to a specific project I am working on right now.
1) Does anyone have the earlier articles from this thread archived? I
mean specifically those articles that actually discussed the Coffee Cup
Holder incident.
2) Do any of you have COPIES of this coffee cup email (or the story in
some other electronic form) floating around your hard drives? And can you
PLEASE send them to me? (ster...@cal.alumni.berkeley.edu)
I actually came on today because of this project, and it is
explained in another article, so I won't repeat myself here except to say
that the variations I receive will be placed in the UC Berkeley Folklore
Archives at the end of the semester when I complete my project.
Thanking you in advance,
Elizabeth Sterling Wall

AND FINALLY, ON DRUGS AND DEVELOPMENT:
There are two major products to come out of Berkeley: LSD and UNIX.
We don't believe this to be a coincidence.
